Joan's Floral Quilt is sooooo beautiful!

Joan's choice of fabrics in this quilt is exquisite.  We chose a quilting design and thread that would maximize the deep purple solids.  Once again, it was our collection of King Tut thread to the rescue.  Did we mention that we stock every color in 2,000 yd cones?  The Bears will never be caught with their furry pants down by not having the thread that's juusst right.

African Dreams is stunning!

Linda pieced this quilt that she calls African Dreams from a collection of African prints.  It's all custom quilted in several thread colors and many quilting designs, some created especially for this quilt.  This quilt, along with many others will be delivered Wednesday May 2nd to Thimble Pleasures in Chapel Hill.  If you have a quilt that needs to be quilted, we can pick yours up then!

Linda's Watermellon Quilt is Finished

This quilt was finished a while back, but I never posted these pictures.  It's just adorable, with an overall leafy vine as E2E quilting.

JoAnne's Basket of Stars is Finished!

A combination of feathers, radiating lines, and cross hatch was what we chose to enhance this beautiful quilt.  Really, there were many different ways this could have been quilted.  After auditioning many different designs, this is the combo that clicked.  Enjoy!

Sue Ellen's String Quilt is Finished!

Sue Ellen pieced this variation on a string quilt.  The colors are bright and bold, and really stand out against the white background and thin yellow sashing.  Sue Ellen really takes her time, and carefully thinks through many options.  And just look at the result.  Brilliant, don't you think?

Cathy's Antique Quilt is Finished!

Cathy rescued these antique blocks.  I'm pretty sure she said it was her mother that pieced them years ago, but it could have been a different family member.  In any event, this little gem is finished, and could be used as a beautiful table topper, or lap quilt.

Surf City Here we Come!

Janet made this adorable baby quilt with a surfing theme for a beloved family member.  Together we choose a wave quilting design along with a shimmery opal thread from Superior Thread's Rainbow line.  Perfect!
