Critter Jamboree!

Linda made an adorable wall hanging from Clothworks Critter Jamboree.  She added some borders and gave it to the Bears for quilting.  Voila! It's done! Your favorite quilt shop has lots of panels to choose from.  Once you add a border or two, you have a FAST gift. The Bears love to work on the "little ones" and can most often squeeze them in last minute.
A simple crosshatching was all that the panel needed.  The inner green border was stitched in the ditch, while the outer brown border has butterflies flying.  Our beloved Tuscany Wool by Hobbs added just the right amount of  "poof".

Splendido!

Linda's Quilt is called Florentine, and it's a beauty!  Hobbs Tuscany Wool batting gives the perfect dimension to the quilting.

The thread we chose was a  high sheen  Gold  from our Superior Rainbows collection.  Perfetto!

Sharon's First of Two Quilts is finished!!

Sharon brought me a stunning OBW.  Together we selected top and bobin thread, quilting designs and batting.

Here's a close up of the dimension you get with Hobbs Tuscany Wool

The backing fabric was pieced in a way that showcased the fading from dark to light.  Here, you can really see the Ginkgo designs
