The fabric can be found at Thimble Pleasures. The swirling quilting design is called "sticky buns", and can be reduced or enlarged to any size you like.

Love that dog fabric! I love the pairing of straight line piecing with very round quilting. Great job both of you! Can just imagine how nicely the sticky buns quilting will age....this will be cuddly.
