Star Spangled Banner!

Anna Pieced this beautiful American Flag Quilt using X-Blocks.   I must admit, I have no idea how to use this tool.  Maybe Anna will teach a class soon with this quilt. 
We used lots of wavy lines for the stripes.  This flag is really waving!!

The narrow inner Border was SID, while the outer border received a unique chevron design, carefully following her piecing.
