Lea's DWR Wall Hanging is Finished!

Lea used a machine applique technique to construct this DWR.
Hobbs Tuscany Silk was the batting that we chose.  I really love using this batting.  Quilters Dream Orient is a silk blend that's equally as luscious!

Original Quilting designs were created  especially for this quilt. 
I wanted a real contrast for the border!
 
Lastly, each corner received a Lovers Knot.  I wanted to bring the "rings" back to the border.  This corner gives Lea the option to round the corners if she would like.  I think that would look great!
